DESCRIPTION:PROMISE 7 – WE WILL LEARN TO PLAY AND HAVE FUN IN OUR LIVES! \nArchery in the Afternoon\nJoin us for some lunch followed by two\nhours of recreational archery* \nWHO: All ACA members welcome!\nWHAT: Lunch followed by Archery\nWHEN & WHERE: Saturday\, July 7th\, 2018 \nLet’s meet for lunch at 11:30 AM at The Natural Café\n2667 Tapo Canyon Rd\, Simi Valley\, CA 93063\nThen\, let’s head on over to the archery range at Conejo Valley Archers\n4651 Tapo Canyon Rd\, Simi Valley\, CA 93063 (in the Tapo Canyon County Park) \nHOW:\n1. To register\, see John K. or Jannelle.\n2. Space is limited to 30 participants.\n3. $10 prepaid by June 30th is required to reserve your place.\n4. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.\n5. *No prior archery experience is necessary. All bows (recurve)\, arrows and personal\nprotective equipment will be provided. All instruction provided by professionally trained\narchery instructors.\n6. If you want to bring your own bow\, it must first be inspected by range safety personnel.\n7. Parking is free in the CVA club parking lot (a short walk to the range). Paid parking is\nalso available (closer to the archery range).\n8. Don’t forget to bring some money for lunch! \nDriving Directions to The Natural Café:\n– from the 118E (coming from Thousand Oaks / Ventura)\nFrom the 118E take the Tapo Canyon Road exit and turn left.\n– from the 118W (coming from the San Fernando Valley)\nFrom the 118W take the Tapo Canyon Road exit and turn right.\n2667 Tapo Canyon Rd\, Simi Valley\, CA 93063-6831 is on the left. \nDriving Directions to Conejo Valley Archers:\n– from the 118E (coming from Thousand Oaks / Ventura)\nFrom the 118E take the Tapo Canyon Road exit and turn left.\n– from the 118W (coming from the San Fernando Valley)\nFrom the 118W take the Tapo Canyon Road exit and turn right.\nDrive ~3 miles north\, past the golf course staying on Tapo Canyon Road until you see the CVA and Tapo\nCanyon Park signs on the left. Drive SLOWLY into the park; continue straight and look to the left where you will\nsee our gated asphalt parking area which you enter through the wide double gates. Parking on Saturdays is free\nwithin our gated fence area. \nThe Public Open Session shooting area is back out of the parking area.
