We are offering workshops and activities that explore recovering from the effects of growing up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional family. Fearlessly breaking the family rules of don’t talk\, don’t trust\, and don’t feel\, we will practice navigating our feelings\, speaking our truth in a safe environment\, and re-parenting ourselves with gentleness\, humor\, love and respect. Bring your inner child to play and please join us for a very special weekend of Daring Greatly. \nOur program is based on the Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families program.
